iClick Interactive Announces Strategic Collaboration with Tencent
iClick Interactive Asia Group Limited (NASDAQ: ICLK) announced Wednesday that it has formed an advanced strategic collaboration with Tencent International Business Group (TIBG).
iClick said the collaboration will marry iClick's strong multinational client coverage toTIBG's advertising technology in order to deliver customized and premium digital marketing solutions to international advertisers.
Jian "T.J." Tang, the chief executive officer and co-founder of iClick said in today's announcement, "iClick focuses on serving worldwide top-tier clients who are always looking for ways to increase operational and marketing efficiency. Together with TIBG's strong network, we will be able to offer global brands a new level of market access to the wealth of opportunities in China."
Last month, the Hong Kong-based online marketing and enterprise data solutions provider said in a statement today that in the three months through December, revenues reached $56.7 million, up 43% year-over-year. Net loss narrowed to $6 million, or 10 cents per share compared with $8.1 million, or 15 cents per share in the same period in 2018.
Shares of iClick trading at $4.49 in New York today, dropping slightly.
